Radiohead frontman Thom Yorke has posted a special remix on the band's website to celebrate “a new era in politics in the USA”.
The song, a remix of 'Harrowdown Hill' from Yorke's solo album 'The Eraser', is available as a free download.
Yorke wrote: “In celebration of nov 5th, Jonny's [Greenwood, Radiohead's guitarist] burthday (sic), amid bonfire and fireworks in the UK and the dawn of a new era in politics in the USA.
“I humbly donate a remix of 'Harrowdown Hill' that was finished ages ago during the band webcasts. A small reminder of the dark days of Bush's....”
Yorke joins a long list of musicians who have already voiced their delight at Mr Obama's success in the US election on Tuesday (November 4th).
Mr Obama thanked thanked his family, campaign team and supporters as he addressed a victory rally in Chicago.
