Police believe that a bomb that ripped through a concert in Belarus last night (July 3rd) may have been a simple act of “hooliganism”.
Up to 50 people were injured in the blast, which took place in the capital, Minsk.
The concert, which was being held to mark the former Soviet country's independence, was being attending President Alexander Lukashenko.
President Lukashenko's rule has come under increasing criticism over recent months, with countries including the US attacking its autocracy.
Officials told the Associated Press news agency that the device was likely to have been home made, as bolts were found in the blast area.
