People who bought tickets for this year’s Glastonbury Festival and failed to get their tickets in the post will be guaranteed entry to the Festival – which opened its doors today (June 20).
Speaking to Radio One, the festival’s organiser, Michael Eavis, said that the seventy to eighty people who hadn’t received their tickets had been contacted and will receive substitute tickets upon arrival to the festival site.
According to the BBC, the Royal Mail – who were responsible for the delivery of the tickets – are carrying out an "urgent investigation" into the disappearances.
Meanwhile, Gigwise is dispatching itself to this year’s festival and will be on site from tomorrow (June 21) to bring you all the news, reviews and gossip – almost before it even happens!
